Leader ArtMaster LE12 — compact industrial embroidery machine

12-needle automatic industrial single-head embroidery machine of compact design with an ergonomic color 10-inch LCD touchscreen with a Russified interface and a large embroidery area measuring 320 × 240 mm.

Features and controls

The high-brightness sensitive LCD touchscreen is equipped with a built-in operating control system and allows you to:

edit and combine embroidery designs;
enlarge and reduce the design;
duplicate the design along both axes;
rotate the design by a specified angle;
combine designs with letter symbols;
edit fonts;
assign a color to the needle.

The machine embroiders satin stitch, cross-stitch, and photo stitch, creates 3D embroidery, converts freehand drawings into embroidery format, and embroiders with appliqué.

The LCD touchscreen can be positioned at the required angle and has an emergency stop button.

Additional designs are loaded into the machine via the USB port. A flash drive is included. Readable formats: .dst, .dsb, .dsz.

Embroidery functions

The machine stops if the upper or lower thread breaks.
To resume embroidery, you can go back by stitches or by colors.
It is possible to switch to another needle bar in manual mode.
Automatic return to the thread-break position: by stitches, by steps, by colors, with cyclic embroidery.
Preview of the embroidery pattern with a simulation of the process on the monitor.
Ability to create embroidery with letter symbols.

Laser pointer and lighting

A laser pointer is required to determine the exact position of the embroidery design in the hoop. The laser positioner, which can be switched off with a button, indicates the exact needle penetration point within the design.

The embroidery area is brightly illuminated from both sides by LED lighting, which can be switched off.

The narrow arm allows the machine to be used for embroidering cylindrical items and baseball caps.

Compactness and operating speed

The embroidery machine can be installed in a small room and used to embroider finished products or cut pieces at a maximum embroidery speed of 1200 stitches/min.
