Warranty period

Register your product

Register your machine in the LEADER customer portal with its serial number to access tutorials, downloads, and support history.

Service & repair

For warranty claims or out-of-warranty repair, contact support@leader-sewing.eu or an authorised LEADER service partner. Do not attempt repairs that void warranty unless you are qualified to do so.
